Performance Contract / Service Delivery
Performance Contract is a formal, annual (usually) agreement between a public institution and its parent/oversight ministry that spells out key deliverables, measurable targets, responsibilities, timelines, reporting requirements, and the consequences (rewards/sanctions) for performance. It aligns the institution’s strategic plan to national priorities and creates a basis for objective evaluation. Aligns SOT-TTI’s Strategic Plan with national TVET policy and government performance frameworks.
