THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS
First and foremost, I wish to express my sincere thanks to our heavenly Father who has granted us success and sufficient grace to grow since the inception of our great college in the early days of 2015. I pay tribute to pioneer Board of Governors, my fellow members of the current Board of Governors (BOG), the dear parents and guardians of our trainees and our wonderful, dedicated and ever sensitive and alert trainers who relentlessly and un reservedly devote their last sweat in instructing our trainees. My gratitude also goes to non-teaching staff who have done a lot in making this institution great. I won’t forget to thank our county government under the leadership of our Governor, MCA, Area MP, Women Rep., Senator and other stakeholders for their great and outstanding contribution in making this institution what it is today. However, its worthy to note that our Institution did not start on the same footing like other newly established TTI’s which were mentored and sponsored by the National Government in the provision of infrastructural and training equipment support at the initial stages. Nevertheless, we are forever greatful to the ministry of Education, state department of Technical and Vocational training for the Support they have always given to our institution.
Currently we are faced with the following challenges:
- Insufficient classrooms and workshops
- Insufficient training Equipment and Tools
- Lack of stable source of water
- Shortage of trainers (we have a shortage of 80 trainers)
We therefore humbly request the Ministry of Education, donors, and other stakeholders to assist us to this end to enable us execute our mandate of producing competent trainees who will fit in the society and contribute immensely in building this country’s economy and meeting the current government policy of the BIG FOUR AGENDA. Finally Brethren, may I take this earliest opportunity to heartily thank all of you for joining us in cerebrating and thanking our God for the great work He has done in our in our institution and for supporting us relentlessly. May God bless you all.
